Hannah works in the advisory team at ClearlySo, helping social enterprises and social businesses become investment ready in order to raise the capital they need to grow and succeed.
Prior to joining ClearlySo, Hannah spent 4 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Ernst & Young, where she executed mid-market sell side transactions across a range of sectors including support services and energy services.
Hannah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of finance and company accounts. She believes the social business model is essential for creating the environment to drive long term positive social change within our society.
Fiona is managing director of Time Inc. UK’s (formerly IPC Media) brands in the lifestyle sector which include some of the most famous media brands in the UK, including Now, Chat, Woman, Woman’s Own, Woman’s Weekly, www.goodtoknow.co.uk, What’s on TV and TV Times.
Fiona joined IPC in 1992, and has held a number of senior marketing and publishing roles. From 2003 to 2006, she was publishing director of Country Life and Horse & Hound. In January 2006 Fiona was appointed publishing director of Wallpaper*, the internationally-renowned design, interiors and lifestyle magazine, and developed the highly successful www.wallpaper.com.
Phil Vallender is director of Blend, the B2B marketing agency that specialises in brand, digital, content and design. Prior starting Blend in 2010, Phil worked for Sony where he held a number of EMEA roles in engineering, project management and product marketing.
At Blend, Phil oversees integrated marketing activity for a diverse range of clients encompassing technology, software, manufacturing, engineering and professional services.
